Cumbria is interested in knowing if there are any organisations in other EU member States who are interested in some common themes within the EU Culture Programme that interest us so that we can work together on a Programme bid for next October. The Culture programme aims to achieve three main objectives: to promote cross-border mobility of those working in the cultural sector; to encourage the transnational circulation of cultural and artistic output; and to foster intercultural dialogue.
