As you will undoubtedly know, the cities of Essen, Pécs and Istanbul share the title of European Capital of Culture this year.
A citizen from the Netherlands living in Pécs for 13 years now, decided to connect these three places on bicycle. Starting on April 10th from Essen, he plans to cross 17 countries in his way to Istanbul, and to finish the trip on June 22nd, after having cycled some 5500 kilometres.
Now HE needs your help to realize this endeavour!
