We would like to coordinate a 7 days of exchange in Kirsehir with European countries .We are in the heart of Turkey / cappadocia region near Ankara - the capital of Turkey (only one hour). Kirsehir District National Education Directorate is a state institution in charge with the planning and coordination of all kinds of educational and training activities in from pre-school to the end of secondary school, vocational high schools, technical schools beside parents’ education and training in Kirsehir.
Who: 16 - 30 year-old male and female participants.
4+1: Five participants per country plus one group leader.
What: singing song is an expression of youth culture and can bring together youngsters of different countries and social backgrounds.
The participants will present their traditional music on the one hand. On the other hand they will prepare a performance and competition with all youngsters of the youth exchange. A final performance will be shown in the main hall in Kirsehir in front of a local audience.There will be a lot of different activities and workshops for the youngsters to get to know each other and their host city. It is planned to establish an enduring exchange. Each year it shall take place in one of the partner countries. The event will gather together 40 young people from Europe both Muslim and Christian background.
We need EU countries.
