The Coalition of Social Non Governmental Organisations is organising a symbolic event which will see a human ring formed around the European institutions to show the message that ending poverty is everyone's business.
The event, which takes place on 19th November, aims to call on civil society, trade unions, MEPs and citizens who feel concerned by the fight against poverty and social exclusion to request political commitment towards ending poverty and social exclusion.
The European Youth Forum strongly encourages anyone who believes that a credible response to the crisis, focused on solidarity and social justice is needed, should join the Human Ring around the European Parliament on 19th November 2010 at 12:30 CET.
