Stage a Bruxelles presso l'European Renewable Energy Research Centres Agency come Projects Assistant

L'European Renewable Energy Research Centres Agency (EUREC) sta ricercando un Assistente per i propri progetti dipsosto a svolgere un tirocinio retribuito per un periodo di 6 mesi nella sua sede di Bruxelles.

Si ricerca un giovane laureato, motivato e con buone competenze comunicative e organizzative.

Sono assolutamente necessarie competenze orali e scritte in lingua inglese, e la conoscenza di ogni altra lingua di un paese dell'Unione Europea è ben accetta.


Under the supervision of EUREC’s Project Manager, the Intern will work on various assignments related to the coordination and management of the European Technology Platform on Renewable Heating and Cooling (RHC-Platform):

• Organisation of the 2012 Annual Conference (Copenhagen, 26-27 April 2011).
• Managing the event logistics, including on-site support; drafting invitations and following- up; liaising with partners and contributing to the communication and marketing campaign.
• Management of the RHC-Platform’s website.
• Direct responsibility for the website management; both creating new content and in charge of keeping all sections updated.
• Management of the CRM system; processing all tasks and emails concerning the membership database and its functionalities.
• Support to workshops and meetings organisation.
• Preparing project meetings (agenda, participants list and logistics); preparing minutes and follow-up actions.
• Other communication activities. Contributing to the RHC-Platform’s newsletter; drafting press releases; assisting with the production of promotional material such as leaflets.
• Administrative support.
• Organising project dossiers; filing administrative, financial and technical documents; supporting the production of activity reports to the European Commission.


Requirements and qualifications

• Relevant university degree;
• Well organised, flexible and solution minded;
• Team player, able to work in an international environment;
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English;
• Very good command of MS Office applications;
• Knowledge of Typo 3 and SugarCRM is highly valued;
• Genuine interest in renewable energy technologies Internship conditions.


The terms and conditions of the internship contract are subject to Belgian law.

The successful applicant will be offered a 6-month “convention d’immersion professionnelle” under the Belgian law, including the following:

• Gross remuneration of 965 EUR per month;
• Lunch vouchers of 7 EUR per working day;
• An exciting international workplace in the Renewable Energy House.
