L' European Advertising Standards Alliance sta cercando un tirocinante che svolga uno stage in posizione di Assistente per il Project Management nei suoi uffici di Bruxelles per tre mesi, a partire dall'inizio di Gebbraio alla fine di Marzo 2012.
Responsibilities
Mainly the Project Assistant will focus on assisting with the coordination and execution of a number of running monitoring projects as well as the management of cross-border complaints.
Tasks
• Assist with specific projects related to toy advertising, food advertising and alcohol advertising; • Assist in writing policy for social media; • Quality check monitoring data received; • Assist in organisation of monitoring workshops; • Coordinate the cross-border complaint mechanism; • Monitor news and the activities of EU institutions; • Compile weekly news updates; •Complete ad-hoc research; • Complete ad-hoc general office duties including data entry and filing.
Educational/professional qualifications
• Educated to degree standard or above; • Experience or interest in the advertising / marketing sector; • Working knowledge of EU institutions and processes Skills and abilities; • (Near) native level English; French would be an asset; • Computer savvy especially in terms of social media; • Good working knowledge of standard office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); • Ability to quickly grasp complex policy issues; • Quick learner; • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team essential.
When?
From 9 January 2012 until the end of March 2012 (3 months contract), with the possibility of a 3-month extension
