Summary:
This training addresses to people living in France or Germany and interested in getting knowledge and skills in leading international youth exchanges by means of playful and various methods.
Target group:
Youth workers, Trainers, Youth leaders, Participants from Morocco will be directly recruited in Morocco by our Moroccan Partner, the Ministry of Youth and Sport.
For participants from: France, Germany.
Group size: 8 from France and 8 from Germany participants.
Details:
Leading an international youth exchange can not be improvised! Exchanges between young people can be punctuated by lack of understanding, stress and blocks, due to the meeting with a different culture. You would like to discover new educational tools and facilitation methods adapted to this situation? You would like to gain some skills in leading international groups? This training addresses to people aged 18 or more, living in France or Germany and interested in international youth exchanges or having the desire to increase their knowledge in a context of linguistic and cultural diversity. By means of playful and various methods, the participants will deal with following themes: role of prejudice and stereotype, group dynamics, work in an intercultural team, language learning and more. This training is certified by the French-German Youth Office which has approved the content. The training is made up of 3 units. The first unit from 25 to 30 of April in Bonn (Germany), the second from 30 April to 5th of May in Dunkerque (France) and the third from 12 to 20th of September in El Jadida (Morocco). The participation in the 3 units is essential to get the certificate.
Costs:
Participation fees: 200€/unit (600€ for the 3 units). These costs cover board an accommodation, programme costs, educational and administrative costs. The travel costs from your home to the training place can partly be reimbursed according to a rate. Please contact us for further information.
