Dates and new venue for 2013 now confirmed!
12-13 November @ Crowne Plaza Brussels - Le Palace
We’re delighted to announce some major changes to this year’s Forum, starting with a change of venue to the Crowne Plaza Hotel - Le Palace.
Why change?
Well, more than anything, Forum participants tell us they come to network. They want to renew existing business relationships and form new partnerships; exchange business cards, pick up new ideas, generate activity both at the Forum, and also on their return to their offices. The Crowne Plaza Hotel Le Palace in the centre of Brussels will create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, perfect for networking.
The main thing people will notice of course is the ambience of a quality hotel. It makes business conversations more comfortable; and it’s great for quick, face-to-face meetings, for a catch-up over a coffee. The meeting rooms are close together, so it is easy to move from function to function, and there is plenty of natural daylight in all the rooms. Coffee and lunch breaks at the heart of the event mean that networking can continue at all times. All refreshments are included in the basic ticket price and, as the Crowne Plaza is a five-star venue, you can expect catering of the best quality.
So what else is different?
We’re changing the look and structure of the exhibition, because what people want is a chance to meet and talk to each other. So we’ve taken away the stiff exhibition stands, replacing them with simpler, less formal table-and-chair units, separated by plants. This format is tried and tested at our other networking events. It creates a focused networking area for people and organisations wishing to present projects, activities, etc.

Conference tickets - now access all areas!
Conference tickets cost €200 for 1 day, or €350 for 2 days (+ Belgian VAT @ 21%). All tickets now allow access to the main conference programme, the focus groups and the project presentations. Buffet lunch and refreshments are also included in the ticket price. Special rates are offered to new member states and NGOs - please contact us for details. Online registration will open in May.
The 2-day conference programme is in development, as is the parallel strand of break-out focus groups, where examples of successful projects will be presented and opened up for discussion. Organisations reserving a networking package will also have the possibility of presenting their project to participants during coffee and lunch breaks, or of speaking on the focus group and main conference programme.*
