Summary:
Outdoor training for trainers in Hungary Experiential learning & Solution Focus Coaching We are loking for participants from Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Target group: Youth workers, Trainers, Youth leaders.
For participants from: Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovak Republic.
Group size: 20 participants
Details:
Outdoor training for trainers in Hungary for Czech, Polish, Slovak and Hungarian participants. In the project we use the methods of experiential learning and solution focused coaching to support young people in taking ownership for their personal and community development and for taking care that they get all the knowledge needed. After all the activities the participants reflect on their experience in structured debriefing sessions and in coaching groups. This way they also get experience in supporting each other and reflecting on events, processes on their own, without facilitator.
Outdoor experiential learning:
The mission of experiential education is to inspire character development and self-discovery in people of all ages and walks of life through challenge and adventure, and to impel them to achieve more than they ever thought possible, to show compassion for others and to actively engage in creating a better world.
Specific learning goals:

• Outdoor education principles.
• Models in outdoor education.
• Planning an outdoor course.
• Risk and safety management.
• Facilitation.
• Solution focus coaching basics – new approach.
Practical Sessions:
• Problem solving exercises.
• Expedition – a tool of learning.
• To plan, to run and to evaluate an outdoor activity.
Costs:
The organizers cover the following costs:

• Accommodation.
• Food.
• The cost of the programme.
• 100% travel cost of the participants: from Czech Republic 110 euro, Poland 160 euro, Slovakia 80 euro, Hungary 30 euro.
Participants cover the following cost:
• Your own insurance (recommended to buy an insurance which covers extreme sports like rock climbing).
• Participants' contribution: 50 euro (To be paid in cash on arrival).
Working language: English.
