Summary: "MORE VOLUNTEERS" training course will explore key principles in the development and promotion of volunteers opportunities , good practice in recruitment and selection and range of effective methods for the support and management of young peoples.

The training course Multiplying Opportunities to Reach & Enrich Volunteers "MORE Volunteers" is to REACH & ENRICH organizations working with youth and to improve the quality of volunteering by bringing to higher scale personal and professional development of the volunteers. The 7-day training course will be held in Armenia (venue will be anounced soon) and will explore key principles in the development and promotion of volunteers opportunities for young people, good practice in recruitment and selection and range of effective and appropriate methods for the support and management of young peoples.
Objectives:
• Increase the quality of volunteer management
• Familiarize the participants with concepts and approaches of volunteering
• Share participants experience and knowledge based on work in youth field
• Review and enhance participants competences in volunteer management
• Improve a quality of support systems for youth activities and a capacity of organizations engaged in youth work.
A variety of non-formal educational tools such workshops, debates, exercises, feedback and evaluation sessions, and cultural evenings will be also the parts of the project.
The training will include 24 participants from Programme countries (United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Turkey) and from Eastern Europe and Caucasus (Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova). and range of effective and appropriate methods for the support and management of young peoples.
Costs:
The Training Course will be implemented in the frame of the EU Youth in Action Program. Accommodation, food, visa fees and materials will be covered fully by the organizers. Travel expenses will be reimbursed at 70% of the real cost.
The organizers will reimburse 70% of participants' travel costs (with cheapest mean of transportation) in return of original tickets.
