Working conditions
Selected trainers will be engaged for the training courses in Weimar and Kratovo. For the evaluation meeting in Sajan, we will have aditional evaluators otuside from the project.
1. Prep meetings
The coordinator of the project will have regular Skype, Mail and Telephone meetings with the trainers, untlill the start of the activities. Before the start of the courses is expected the trainers to design activites whih they will implement durring the courses.
2. Financial conditions
The trainers fee is 120 euro per day. 100% travel costs. Food, lodging and matherials will be provided by the organizator.
Team composition
• 1 coordinator of the project;
• 2 trainers - designing the activities and preparing daily report with the learning outcomes;
• 5 support staff - will be responsible for making photo, video, food, matherials and equipment.
