PROGRAM OF ACTIVITIES
DAY 1
Evening:
- Arrival and receipt of the groups participants in the youth lodging of Huelva.
- Presentation of the program
Night:
- Dinner in the Lodging.
- Party of welcome. In the above mentioned party dynamics of presentation will be organized. In every activity that we organize we will try(mean) that the language is not an insurmountable barrier.
DAY 2
Morning:
- Official presentation of the groups. Dynamics of the Spiderweb. The activity consists of organizing mixed groups composed of participants of diverse countries (For it all the participants will be able in row, 1 and 2-being numbered from the first one to the last one by the numbers The numbers 1 will compose the group 1y the numbers 2 will compose the group 2), every group will do a circle with chairs, a person of every group will take(catch) a hank of wool, will appear and send the ball to another member of the group staying this one with the beginning(principle) of the hank (joining both across the thread). This process will repeat itself until they all have appeared forming(training) a network(net).
Later there will fall apart the network(net) of inverse form to since(as,like) it has been constituted. Now it is necessary to present the person to whom you send the ball.
With this dynamic we trie to learn and to remember(remind) the names of the participants, to spend(pass) a good moment in a friendly environment, to break the ice and to overcome the initial problems on the knowledge between(among) both groups.
- To prepare between(among) all the program for the whole stay. The picture with the program will be hung on the plank in order that the whole world is informed about the activities, the aims(lenses)...
- To make a mailbox of messages where the participants can send (her,his) commentaries. Every evening an evaluation of the day will take place, the messages will be read and the problems will be solved.
Evening:
- During the evening every group will have 30 minutes to expose the work on the rural development realized in each countries before travelling to Spain. Once presented the experiences, a shift of interventions will be opened and we will be able to see the similarities or differences that exist between(among) the different models of development of every country.
Night:
- Dinner organized by the group of Algeria and Egypt.
- After the dinner the Algerian group and the Egyptian will organize activities in those who will present the aspects most typical of each culture.
DAY 3
Morning:
- Official reception of all the groups in the Deputation of Huelva.
- Visit to the Area of Local Development of the Deputation, meeting with the Deputy and presentation of the area.
Night:
- Dinner organized by the group of France and Syria.
- After the dinner the French group will organize activities in those who will present the aspects most typical of each culture.
DAY 4
Morning:
- Visit to centres of rural development of the zone.
- Meeting businessmen and young people of the forest sector.
Evening:
- Conclusions and debate in group compounds on the seen in the morning.
- Intermediate evaluation of the Programme.
Night:
- Dinner organized by the group of Italy and Portugal.
- After the dinner the Portuguese group together with the Italian one they will organize activities in those who will present the aspects most typical of each culture.
DAY 5
Morning:
- Cultural visit:? the Columbus places and the city of Huelva?.
Evening:
- Free Evening.
Night:
- Dinner organized by the groups of Morocco and Spain.
- After the dinner the groups Moroccan and Spanish will organize activities in those who will present the aspects most typical of each culture.
DAY 6
Morning:
- Visit to the zones devastated by a fire, meeting with affected young people (discussion on the contributed solutions). We will divide in groups, each one will go to a different municipality and with a digital camera, they will realize a history on lived in every municipality, of form is we will have a more approximate image of the reality in which we are.
Evening:
- Presentation of the pictures of every group, discussion on the obtained results.
Night:
- Free Night.
DAY 7
Morning:
- Groups of work about youth program.
- To analyze the possibilities to realize new meetings or interchanges.
Evening:
- Final evaluation.
- Interchange of presents.
Night:
- Party of multicultural farewell.
DAY 8
Morning:
- Farewell of the groups participants.
