The Directorate of Youth and Sport of the Council of Europe organizes a training course called “Democratic Leadership and Management of Youth Organisations: Strengthening the sustainability capacity of youth organisations through their democratic leadership and management”. It will take place in Strasbourg, from 6-14 April 2010.
The course is addressed to voluntary or employed staff of international non-governmental youth organisations, and other youth networks who are, or will be, actively involved in the running of youth structures, to develop their attitudes, improve their skills and receive additional information and knowledge in order to manage youth organisations (programme, units or boards) in a democratic, efficient and effective manner
Deadline for application: 11 February 2010
