Reporting to the District Category Manager, the individual will develop visibility plans by door, leveraging on visual merchandising tools, product assortment and training programs, in close cooperation with the Sales division. His/her aim will be to achieve the highest visibility and qualitative presence of the brands in the point of sales (POS).
Main responsibilities
- Develop visibility plan by door/customer, in line with company guidelines and in close cooperation with the Sales division;
- Propose new/improved visibility opportunities in the POS and review proposals developed by Visual Merchandisers, in close cooperate with the Sales team;
- Ensure and monitor our brands visibility in the POS, including brand assortment;
- Negotiate window plans, in cooperation with the Sales team and provide door lists; follow up with Trade Marketing Service (TMS) and customers on operational matters;
- Directly support special projects (e.g. in-store events, launches etc.);
- Plan and deliver training programs to customers on brands and collections;
- Oversee distribution and stock facilities of Point of Sales material and oversee/organize placement in the POS, in line with guidelines;
- Provide Trade Marketing Service (TMS) with briefing for customized project development as well as insights on point of sales materials;
- Conduct regular store visits and become the expert of door profiles in the assigned territory;
- Provide a monthly performance report and visual report of space utilization and personalization;
- Maintain close contact with Visual Merchandisers on the field and leading their priorities;
- Provide training to Visual Merchandisers and review their performance.
Requirements
-At least 4 years experience in the role;
-Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;
-High organizational skills;
-Fashion sense and passion for fashion;
-"Can-do" attitude;
-A degree in economics or equivalent;
-Fluent German and good English;
-Availability to travel across the national territory.
