Italian speaking Technical Consultant

On behalf of our client we are looking for an Italian speaking Service Desk team member who speaks Italian and English fluently.
It is an advantage if you speak Swedish or other languages as well. You need to have prior experience in Service Desk or on Site Support.
You will be working with technical support concerning Italian users computer problems via telephone, e-mail and remote control software.

Required qualifications:

- Previous experience from IT;
- support as a technician or in a Service Desk position;
- Italian fluency, both spoken and written;
- English fluency, both spoken and written;
- Prior experience in areas such as Windows XP, Office 2003, Outlook, desktop and laptop computers;
- Knowledge in remote control software;
- Creating and maintaining user and e-mail accounts in Active Directory.

The work requires that you are flexible, supportive and have stress tolerance. You strive for a very high level of service and you have great communication skills.
