EPSEV (Empowering Private Sector Employees through Volunteering), is a project led by SOS Malta and partnered by Volunteer Development Estonia and Savanoriu Centras (Lithuania) supported by the Europe for Citizens programme of the European Union.

The aim of the project is to develop formal and structured Corporate Volunteering Schemes based on European good practice in participating countries as well as to facilitate the set up of Corporate Volunteering Schemes in the private sector and maximise the benefit of Corporate Volunteering Schemes to the third sector.

Key objectives include the development of an optimum working model for a Corporate Volunteering Scheme and the raising of awareness with regards to corporate volunteering in the participating countries? private and third sectors.

A maximum of six (6) persons from partner countries Malta, Lithuania and Estonia will be participating in the Training-the-Trainer course. These persons will eventually train human resources managers in their respective countries on how to set-up Corporate Volunteering Schemes which are tailored to the needs of the organisations and NGOs of the region.
