Descrizione:
Provide a high level of professional, competent support to all customers in pre-sales and post-sales situations. Act as the technical contact for Sybase customers within the Service Desk and ensure that all issues are resolved in an appropriate manner and suitable timescale. Work with the Team Manager to ensure client goals are achieved. Liaise with other departments within Sybase 365 to identify and troubleshoot customer issues. Ability to communicate customer service and technical issues effectively to customers/clients over the telephone or through e mail. Strong aptitude for problem solving with an analytical mindset and multitasking skills. An understanding of Databases, Oracle, Linux Console Commands, and SQL. (This will be tested). Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Italian will be required to provide support in. Working knowledge of mobile devices and web protocols (SMPP, HTTP).
