The candidate has to accomplish and maintain a profitable customer base for the Protective Coating business in Italy, growing sales on the traditional anticorrosion product business through distribution, OEM's, Material Manufacturer companies. In particular he/she has to: work with accounts in the territory to promote the products and provide accurate product forecast; provide sales management with input for quota setting and reprojections; present new/upgraded products supported by introduction plan to appropriate customers; develop a territory plan that supports the marketing plan and submits monthly reports to summarize results; remain alert to competitive factors and influences in the assigned territory and reports developments to supervisor and/or marketing; develop relationships with key companies (distributors, end user, material manufacturers and OEM's); develop the distribution network and channel (evaluating the addition or deletion of distributors, research of new distribution channel on specific market; works with existing distributors to further develop business); provide Proactive Coating product info and training for colleagues and personal of distributors, material manufacturers, OEM's and strategic end user; identify and communicates Protective Coating Marketing opportunities for new products, product modification and new applications for existing products; report in an agreed structure about Business Development issues to the Sales Manager; participate in making the yearly sales and development plan.


Requisiti Richiesti

The successful candidate, with good written and spoken English, has a technical/commercial degree. Candidate should be confident, highly motivated, self-starting, results driven, willing to travel. Good communication skills, good business sense and knowledge and the ability to find new customers, new markets and strategic end user complete the searched profile. Protective Coating industry market know-how is desiderable.
