Duties:
The International Business administrator works in a European, multicultural and multilingual business environment.
He/she works as a first point of contact for HP channel distributors and is responsible for managing order-to-delivery and invoice related processes.
Key tasks exist of analyzing and resolving issues related to order management, physical returns, special discounts, invoicing, logistics etc.
The International Business administrator in daily contact with the distributors and is working closely together with the HP transaction processing

Job description:
• Manage the relationship with the distributors by providing daily operational support via telephone and e-mail.
• Act as one contact towards the distributors for all issues End-to-End;
communicating all relevant information and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data, identify root causes of repetitive issues and drive corrective actions
• Deal with all written or verbal escalations (inquiries, complaints, etc) from the distributors and provide solutions when problems arise
• Manage the daily interaction with the Transaction Processing Center
• Find solutions to queries and issues and provide coaching and training as needed
• Pro-active monitoring of open orders & claims, using different tools and reports avoid escalations
• Ensure that HP internal policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are met and maintained

Profile of employee:
• Native: Dutch, German, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Spanish, Portuguese, Danish, Italian or French,
• Fluent in English,
• Degree in Business Management, Economics or similar,

Skills:
• Excellent analytical skills and have the ability to relate and compare data from different sources as well as the identification of issues and the securing of relevant information,
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate problems and solutions to different areas of the organisation,
• A good understanding of relevant industry data sources and interpretation of them,
• Strong software skills,
• Excellent communication, conflict handling and team working skills,
• Ability and willingness to work in a very diverse and dynamic environment,
• Ensure that agreed operations performance service levels are achieved.

Languages: (READ, LEVEL A.S.O.)
Native: Dutch, German, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Spanish, Portuguese, Danish, Italian or French.
Fluent in English.
