Work Experience
A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in Information and Communications Technology (ICT), specifically in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application development and support. Certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Siebel 7.x or higher highly desirable.
Languages
English and French are the working Languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For this post, fluency in oral and written English is required. Working knowledge of other UN official languages is an asset.
