For the new and rapidly expanding renewable energy business we are seeking to bring dedicated contract managers on board. As a contract manager with us, you will be part of an international and multifunctional team. Your responsibility will be to draft and negotiate the terms and conditions of projects in Energy fields, with a special focus on Solar Power Plants, Engineering Procurement and Commissioning (“EPC”) and Balance of Plants (“BoP”).

After an initial training in Nuremberg (Germany) you will be located in Italy (Milan) as a member of the local Legal Team. You will be preparing and conducting negotiations mainly in Italy and the Mediterranean area.


Responsibility:

- Creating the contractual frameworks for the Energy Business line.
- Drafting of the Terms & Conditions (such as EPC and service contracts) in close coordination with various other domestic and international functions.
- Preparing the “Limits of Authority” (risk analysis) documents and participation in the internal approval process.
- Successfully negotiating the contract terms & conditions with customers worldwide.


Knowledge/experience:

- Graduate degree in Italian law.
- Experience in contract management and/or legal function (3-5 years).
- Experience in contract drafting (min. 2 years).
- Experience in international contract negotiations (min. 2 years).
- Sound knowledge of Italian law.
- Project experience.
- Basic knowledge of tax, export control, insurance and related commercial issues.
- Application of standard IT-tools (MS Office, SAP).
- Negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of English (German highly desirable).


Education: Graduate degree in law.


Location: Milan.
