Role Description:

Develops implementation of compensation and benefits programs that provide a competitive level of pay, motivation, and reward to employees, as well as protection. Focuses on benefit programs. Understands the organization's needs, recommends the design of multifaceted programs, and implements them efficiently and sensitively.


Responsibilities:
- Monitors competitive trends in compensation and benefits and evaluates alternatives and costs.
- Develops and recommends benefits programs, salary policy lines, incentives, bonuses, stock options, and other special payment plans for specific segments of the population.
- Monitors the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and recommends modification to reduce costs and improve delivery.
- Participates in negotiation of agreements with insurance carriers and financial institutions for administration of benefits programs and provides technical backup to union negotiations on benefits matters.
- Assures that required records and reports are maintained and issued.
- Conducts and participates in surveys.


Knowledge/experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources with specialisation in compensation and benefits functions.
- Experience working in a sizeable organisation with complex reporting and compensation structures.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present the data to the Management accurately and appropriately.
- Meticulous and adept in handling detailed work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good exposure in a multi-cultural work environment.
- Good knowledge of IT standard tools.
- English fluent.


Education: Degree qualified.


Location: Milan.
