The Philip Morris Italy YES PROGRAM is a special program designed to offer to newly graduates an extraordinary learning opportunity, working in the preferred function and tasting a challenging and truly international environment.
We will offer you the opportunity to join our SALES department for a 1 year internship.
You will experience a direct and challenging involvement in the company as you will support colleagues and management, taking personally responsibility of projects and business activities.
You will :
- Support management in sales territory analysis;
- Support management in budget tracking and specific reports activities;
- Field on the job training by taking part of sales initiatives and projects in the trade.
Education and Languages
- Economic degree;
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- Computer literate (Microsoft office) with a good Excel level.
Competencies
- Enthusiasm and willing to learn;
- Strong sales aptitude and strong achievement orientation;
- Strong analytical capabilities;
- Excellent teamwork and cooperation;
- Good communication skills;
- Mobility.
Other Information
More than 1 year valid driving license and a valid working permit for EU are requested.
Position will be settled in Catania.
A reimbursement package (monthly stage bonus + ticket restaurant) is provided.
