L'associazione Scambieuropei sta cercando due partecipanti italiani disposti a partire per il training course "Formed by culture" che si svolgerá a Izmir, in Turchia, dal 6 al 12 Agosto.

Starting point of this training course is an answer for the questions which are asking by the organizations who are working on cultural events. The subjects of the TC are principles and aims of the intercultural learning activities. During the project we are going to aim to intercultural learning and team building with different cultural backgrounds. By the project partners come together, share their experiences and work on case studies.
According to these themes, during the Project, participants are going to make 5 different activities.
1. Discussion topics; Cultural characteristics and cultural backgrounds are going to discuss by the participants. Importance of the cultures and conflict management for these kinds of activities are going to be at the daily program too.
2. Role playing; Simulation activities are going to perform for understand the differences, live with differences and make cooperation with these differences.
3. Intercultural learning events; participants of the project are going to learn and show different cultures and means of this differences. Also we are going to have sessions to learn more about intercultural learning games.
4. Trips and visits; we are going to make trip to Antique Ephesus. By this trip participants will have a chance to learn more about local culture and history.
5. Relaxing activities; Participants are going to make different funny times.
The following principles will be used:

- Non-formal approach.
Data di scadenza per candidarsi: il prima possibile
Spese a carico del volontario: il 30% del totale delle spese di trasporto (si rimborsa il 70% dei biglietti aerei e dei treni, e sono coperti i costi di vitto e alloggio). É prevista una quota sociale di iscrizione e partecipazione di 50 euro.
