The job: Your team acts as the link between clients and the technical support team. Your duties will include:
- Using a support portal, you will be the main point of contact for client in relation to system access and software downloads queries;
- Assess how your clients issues affect their daily business processes
commercially so that you can provide them with the most suitable solutions in accordance with their contract agreement; Escalate technical issues to the technical team when the issue cannot be resolved.

The requirements: Fluency in English and Italian or German; 1-2 years recent experience from a b2b customer service role; Highly confident in the use of computer systems and comfortable working in an IT
environment; Excellent communication skills.
