LACRO Technical Support Hub Leader

Job Role
The role will primarily be focused on managing and developing the LACRO Global DTS Hub to support the region to improve the technical support escalation speed and right first time fix for the region. The secondary part of the role is to mentor the local regional technical help desks, to deliver a structured helpdesk approach.


Main Responsibilities

- LACRO regional market supported in role, North America, Central America, South America.
- Provide the link between the MSXi manager and the JLR national sales Company's in LACRO on all technical support business levels.
- Support MSXi manager with producing a global help desk brand leading technical helpdesk service.
- Liase with all management levels within MSXI and JLR.
- Control and develop the LACRO technical help desks processes and teams to improve Rigt First Time fixed increasing customer satisfaction, and reduce repeat repairs.
- Manage and improve the escalation process.
- Carry out market visits as required.
- Other adhoc duties.
- Attend UK and international meetings and conferences as required.


Person Specification

- Recent Brand experience.
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of modern vehicle systems and repair processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Current driving licence.
- Willingness to adapt with change and be flexible as required.
- Fluency in English, Portugese and Spanish.
