Bulgari S.p.A. is searching for the Digital ER Officer (Ref 5928). The position, based in Rome, will report to the Corporate External Relations Manager and will be involved in the following main activities:
Accountabilities
• Define and develop the activities related to relationships with influent digital stake holders such as bloggers, social communities and digital press, liaising with Social Media Marketing and off-line.
Communication:
• Constant update on digital trends in terms of blogging and other digital communities;
• Identification of trend setters and development of external relation initiatives (contacts, gifting, invitations etc.);
• Creation and maintenance of strong relationships with digital press and journalist;
• Continuous monitoring of the digital platforms to identify their evolution to act pro-actively;
• Promote the digital ER culture within the company, in particular through guidelines and knowledge transfer to local ER and partnership with Image, Events and off-line External Relations about projects and initiatives that support/involve digital ER;
• Participation to company events involving digital stakeholders;
• Monitor the costs and results of the digital ER activities coordinating the relevant press review.
Qualifications / Professional Capabilities
• External Relations techniques (press review, press kit, press release, events…) applied to the digital environment;
• Networking; able at creating and maintaining contacts with the digital community and stakeholders;
• Knowledge transfer, able at creating and spreading a digital culture within the External Relations team worldwide;
• Constant update on new technologies and trends applied to digital ER;
• Knowledge of English and preferably also a second language.
