Bulgari is offering a stage opportunity within our Visual Merchandising Department based in Rome. The Stagiaire will support the Team in all the logistics activities.
Accountabilities
• Preparation of all the documents related to the shipments of the creativity windows (invoices, certificates of origin, etc.);
• Management of the shipments worldwidefor creative windows and temporary props/items;
• Coordination with the suppliers for theabove shipments;
• Verify that each shipment is delivered within the request timing and with the requested conditions;
• Creation of the orders related to the shipments and follow up;
• Registration of each invoice related to the shipments on the dedicated budget file;
• Creation of an updated database with the information about invoices, shipments details and key contacts also for future shipments about these payments.
Qualifications / Professional Capabilities
• University degree;
• Fluent in English;
• Good computer skills (MS Office).
