QVC è un canale tv interamente dedicato a un nuovo modo di fare shopping. QVC ricerca Junior Siebel Specialist (Rif. LM SS).
Reporting to the Applications Manager, this position will analyze, plan, shape priorities, support interactions with internal clients, and keep retail system project focused through the design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of efficient, cost effective application development solutions for QVC Italia.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the System Engineer, follow all assigned projects through final delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, meeting timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Understand business requirements and be able to translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop new applications in compliance with approved architecture and software standards.
- Develop systems for Retail, Merchandising, CRM (call center) and Order Management business process.
- Provide effective contribution in production support of 24 hour systems to accurately resolve production problems in a timely manner.
- Able to identify the components of a complex process problem or inefficiency by breaking down the data and/or concepts into understandable segments to look at root causes and determine resolvable solutions.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of internal processes to allow for smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain project documentation, including project initiation requests, and project plans.
