QVC è un canale tv interamente dedicato a un nuovo ed eccitante modo di fare shopping. QVC offre Stage - Guests And Presenters Training Assistant (Rif. CR TA).
To support and organize the evaluation and the training of QVC's Guests and to cooperate with the TV Sales Communication Specialist in the management of Presenters training and development.
Principal accountabilities:
Guests Management
- Organizes auditions and screen tests for Guests proposed by the Vendors;
- Helps the Vendors finding candidates for the Guest role coordinating the existing agencies and finding new channels of recruiting;
- Supports the Guests training;
- Coordinates the Guests rehearsals organization;
- Helps the TV Sales Communication Specialist building and putting in place a periodic Guest Seminar;
- Cooperates in the creation of a Guests Database;
- Cooperates in controlling Guests performances and participates in their continual improvement;
- Manages directly Guests convocations.
Presenters Training and Development
- Helps with the organization of new presenters castings;
- Organizes and coordinates technical trainings for Presenters;
- Helps with the organization of the managerial trainings;
- Coordinates samples distribution for the Presenters group together with the Buyers.
Selection criteria:
Competencies
- Bachelor or Degree in Human Sciences;
- Good English knowledge;
- Good Office knowledge.

Other Information
- Working Location: Brugherio (MB) reachable by underground MM2;
- 6 months internship (stage);
