Customer Care Executives

International Customer Services center based in North Milan is looking for English, French, German, Dutch, Swedish and Danish mother tongue or equivalent knowledge Customer Care Executives (Rif. EURES: CSC_EURES).

The main purpose of the role is to provide accurate information to Customers and to deal with their specific inquiries/requests. The service purpose is to improve customer retention and keep high levels of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate has proven customer care experience via phone and with written correspondence with external and internal clients.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, excellent interpersonal and communicational skills, good team working and problem-solving. Interest in the automotive industry would be an advantage and good English knowledge is considered an asset.

We offer a 6 months temporary contract.

Business hours are from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm.
