Job description
As a Cook, you will: • Prep and peel vegetables, slice cheese, make salads for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for 2,700 Guests and 975 Crew Members; • Follow recipe standard susing industrial kitchen equipment; • Take pot sand pansto/from washare a and clean work are as to meet United States Public Health (USPH) standards; • Work with adiverse team of 975 CrewMembers (160inthe Galley alone) of over 50 nationalities; • Interact with Guests at buffets on ship and Castaway Cay; • Learn from expert chefs from around the world.
Qualifications: Professional training, experience, language skills etc. Krav/Essential requirements: • To be between at least 21 years old; • To be fluent in English; • To have at least 2 years of recent full time experience in a similar position (high volume is a plus); • Have obtained Hotel School degree.
Place of work: Cruise Ship sailing all around the world (mostly Caribbeans, Mediteranean see, US West Coast...).
Hours per week: 80 Hours a week.
Contract: 6 Months renewable contract Starting date: Departures all year round depending on your availabilities. Salary: Interesting compensation package (Attractive Salary system medical care provided during the whole duration of the contract).
