Disney Cruise Line is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Crew for such position as: Merchandise Host/Hostess.

Qualifications:
• To be between 21 and 34 years old due to Visa Regulations;
• To be fluent in English;
• To have two years of recent experience in a retail or sales setting, knowledge of duty-free sales and a strong desire to exceed Guest expectations and sales goals;
• Experience in a big department store is a plus;
• To be flexible, team minded and to have an outgoing personality.

Quick job facts:
As a Merchandise Host/Hostess, you will:
• Set-up ad sell merchandise in fixed and mobile retail locations onboard ship and Castaway Cay;
• Clean merchandise locations continuously;
• Stock shelves regularly to ensure full displays;
• Ensure a clean, efficient, neatly organized stock room;
• Maintain the crew store;
• Interact and sell merchandise to 2,700 Guests of all ages.

The conditions:
• Work at least 70 hours per week, 9-11 hours per day, during 6-months contract;
• May request up to 24 hours additional overtime per week, average 10-14;
• Renewable contract;
• Have time off before, during or after shift, but no days off;
• Interesting compensation package (Attractive Salary, medical care provided during the whole duration of the contract and flight ticket to join the ship and back home paid by the company);
