The Eichenbaum GmbH offers two internships in Gotha,Thuringia
Eichenbaum was founded in 1996 in Gotha, which is an unique town with a long history, right in the center of Germany. Since 2011 we also have an office in Erfurt, the capital of the federal state of Thuringia.
We are a private consulting company with activities in terms of all aspects related to human resources; employed or unemployed.
Currently 20 employees are part of the team. They are working in 11 different projects for regional and national authorities.
The main focus of our activities is on:
- assistance of SME in change management processes;
- development, realisation und evaluation of professional training activities;
- development and realisation of local, regional and transnational networks and projects;
- consulting of start ups;
- development of training and integration projects for unemployed persons.
1. Internship (ref. code: Gotha1)
Your qualifications are:
- academic degree in education, psychology, sociology or similar degree;
- good language skills in English Language (European Level B2 or C1);
- interested in all aspects of education and international work and exchange;
- basic skills in German language;
- a willingness to learn the German language.
Your tasks:
- taking part in a project to develop and to realize an international recruitment strategy for SME;
- taking part in workshops related to transnational activities;
- support of the project team.
Starting date: asap
2. Internship (ref. code: Gotha2)
Your qualifications are:
- academic degree in media and communication science or similar degree;
- first experiences in new media;
- good language skills in English language (European Level B2 or C1);
- interested in all aspects of education and international work and exchange;
- basic skills in German language;
- a willingness to learn the German language.
Your tasks:
- support of the national and international public relation activities;
- taking part in a project to develop and to realize an international recruitment strategy for SME;
- support of the project team.
Starting date: asap
