Responsibilities and tasks:
-Fatigue and damage tolerance assessment during structure development and for repairs to metallic and composite aircraft structures
-Performance of fatigue, crack growth and residual strength analyses to support calculation and sizing of primary structure and to assess repair solutions using computer programmes to ensure that the repair conforms to all relevant airworthiness requirements.
Requirements:
-Degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
-Profound knowledge in calculations of fatigue strength
-Experience in stress and fatigue analysis
-Aviation background is of help
-Good English and German language skills
-Structured, independent, accurate and solution-oriented way of working
-Good communication skills, ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
