On 21 September, almost 40 states from the European Union and neighbouring countries will celebrate European cooperation and bridge-building between local communities across borders.
About 150 OPEN DAYS local events are grouped under the thematic heading 'Territorial cooperation: An asset for Europe'. They will take place from 17 to 23 September all over Europe.
The initiatives will be an opportunity to discover the improvements local cross-border initiatives have brought to many aspects of our daily life.
