Training Course on the Personal Development method EQUILITRI™ - "Motivision - Accelerating Youth Work".

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
EQUILITRI aims to develop the capacity of the promoting organizations to motivate and improve their volunteers through Personal and Professional Development. The EQUILITRI training course is based on an innovative new non-formal education method for professional and personal development named “EQUILITRI Method™”. The method has been constructed in over 10 years of work, piloted in Romania, Turkey, China, India, Cambodia and Viet-Nam in 2010-2012 and currently introduced in Europe. EQUILITRI™ is a Personal Development method meant to help people organize their life and work; pursue success and happiness, overcome difficulties and challenges. EQUILITRI is a nine days long course for youth workers from organizations active in the field of non-formal education and youth projects. The target group is formed of 15 youth workers from 5 countries.
The projects will help the promoters by providing their youth workers with advanced Personal Development tools for professional and personal development and key competencies.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
Open for youth workers from: Bulgaria, Germany, Lithuania, Romania, Turkey.
Conditions:
- youth workers (managing volunteers or youth projects , leaders that are involved at middle or top management level in their sending organisations)
- over 18 years (exceptions allowed if legal supervision is provided and the other conditions are fulfilled)
- working level of English (this training course is quite language intensive)
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
- This is a training course, not a youth exchange.
- This training course is intensive, will involve self-reflection and self-analysis, sharing your experience with the others.
- This training will not provide opportunities for tourism. If you would like to visit Lithuania, we advise that you come several days earlier, or leave several days after to allow yourself time for visiting and tourism.

NOTE: we will not accept tourists, opportunists, adventurers, travelers, groupies, holidaymakers, applicants that confuse a training course with a youth exchange!

COSTS
The Project covers 70% of travel and 100% visa costs, accommodation, food, training costs etc.
