Job Description

The Affiliate Marketing Manager manages Amazon's Associate program in Italy towards specific business goals. He or she will be responsible for:
• Growing the Associate channel against challenging revenue goals;
• Controlling spend and devise ways of spending more efficiently;
• Providing strategic and tactical leadership to business owners;
• Developing relationships with large affiliates to grow our common business;
• Recruiting new large-scale partners;
• Managing new partner integration to ensure effective launch;
• Initiating and managing technical integration with Associates via such tools as data feeds and APIs;
• Initiating and managing projects specific to Italy as well as across the EU;
• Contributing to the annual financial planning exercise;
Basic Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in managing complex processes with multiple business owners and making tradeoffs against business priorities;
• Excellent organizational and data analysis skills; ability to derive actionable conclusions from large data sets;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; at ease when dealing with senior management;
• Demonstrated ability to work with global technology and business teams;
• High attention to detail;
• A bachelor's degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Affiliate marketing experience preferable;
• Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in online marketing and/or other performance marketing disciplines;
• M.B.A. and/or computer science degree is a plus.
