Red Bull ricerca le seguenti figure lavorative:

• Digital Manager

The Digital Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the right digital strategy to reach and engage the local consumer, whilst establishing a close relationship with endemic digital media and opinion leaders.

Responsabilities:
• Develops and delivers a yearly national digital program/business plan in line with the global Red Bull Digital Media Strategy and the local business plan priorities;
• Constantly identifies, analyzes and aligns the latest digital media trends and emerging technologies, seeking out new opportunities and applying them to the Red Bull strategy. In order to make sure that relevant trends are integrated into Red Bull Italian strategy;
• Constantly creates innovative ways to reach and engage consumers digitally;
• Leads and secures that the following digital media activities on the local market are worked with excellence and fine-tune the Red Bull digital strategy for the market;
• Sets up a professional and engaging community management on an ongoing basis, with a strong focus on live experience;
• Ensures all relevant digital communication channels are managed and activated in line with international strategy (web, online, mobile, games, social media activities, etc);
• Oversees and collaborates with Red Bull Media House Digital Media Team on all Mobile/gaming initiatives (console, mobile, online);
• Ensures that the editorial message to consumers (text, photo, moving images) is web tailored, user-oriented, engaging, up-to-date and accurate;
• Ensures top notch support for the brand team regarding optimizing advertising impact in earned and own media. In addition, provide advice to the brand team on digital content and advertising campaign development and paid advertising;
• Involves our socially well-connected Consumer Collecting team in relevant initiatives to increase reach and impressions;
• Manages the local digital budget and secures smart and efficient funds allocation to optimize expenditure.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• University graduate in Economics, Marketing and Communication disciplines;
• Age: 35-40;
• English: Fluent / German is a plus;
• Self-motivated individual who can manage direct reports and foster individual performance;
• 3 - 4 years work experience preferably as a Digital Media/Interactive Marketing project manager or development manager in a multinational environment.

Work Location: North of Milan.


• National Athletes Manager

The National Athletes Manager is responsible for selecting and managing a national relevant top quality athlete’s portfolio and for using Red Bull’s global athletes.

Responsabilities:

• Start and Improve a highly credible athletes program, selecting national relevant sports personalities. Creativity and the range of disciplines/sports/playgrounds are unlimited.
• Strong sport-performance network among sports institutes, sports scientists, sports universities and schools, trainers, clubs and federations for nation-wide scouting for potential future co-operations, in addition to collecting relevant information on marketing and communication.
• Supporting and supervising each athlete with the optimal individual package consisting of marketing (tools, salary, bonus etc.), communications (unique stories, interesting topics, new formats and top media content for Red Bull Media House) and sportive performance, assuring top professional relation with each athlete personally and perfect scene-impact, strong credibility and high efficiency.
• Establishing Red Bull as a functional beverage and innovative brand in sports by setting up a strong network and being approachable.
• Strong usage of Red Bull’s global athletes and event portfolio by using international Red Bull athletes nationally and sending national participants to foreign Red Bull activities.
• Budget and brand appearance responsibility for all national athletes’ activities according to international benchmarks and guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• University graduate in Economics, Marketing and Communication disciplines;
• Age: 30-35;
• English: Fluent / German is a plus;
• Creative, innovative, sporty, open-minded, self-conscious, leadership quality, communicative, responsible, interested in working with people, supporting a team, international environment,
• 3 - 4 years work experience preferably in sports industry, events, or marketing agency, sport institution or as journalist or trainer personally or having worked intensively with athletes.

Work Location: North of Milan.
