On behalf of our client, an innovative e-Commerce Company in Berlin, we are currently accepting resumes for the following professional opportunity: LEAD DEVELOPER (BERLIN).
An amazing opportunity has come up for Lead developers to join an exciting innovative e-Commerce company to coordinate, monitor and build a team of developers.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop company´s website with partner´s collaboration;
• Maintain platform integration with ERP system;
• Develop and maintain the exciting Magento modules;
• Agile development of web application with PHP5;
• Optimize and standardize the system architecture;
• Key person for the company´s knowledge base;
• To create IT department and to implement modern project management;
• As a long term goal to develop backup and to create a team in Canada by contacting the clients directly;
• Internalize IT team and integrate ERP.
YOUR PROFILE
• Completed a degree in IT related field with at least 3 years of experience;
• Hands on experience in Object Oriented PHP5 and MySQL;
• Hand on experience in HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript and XSL;
• Practical experience in e-Commerce especially in developing Magento;
• Basic knowledge of system administration in Linux, Apache or ngnix;
• Experience in Zend Framework, HTML5, CSS3 are preferred;
• Familiar with one or multiple version control system;
• Willing to work independently and to act as a leader in the same field;
• Passionate to learn modern development methods and tools;
• Interested in scaling high-performance websites, database optimization, use of design patterns and web services like REST or SOAP;
• Enjoy team management and able to conduct meetings;
• Proficient in English in order to work with an international team;
• Proficiency in French is a plus but not mandatory.
