The registration for AGMaribor is open!
On the 11-15 of April 2013, the legendary AGM of ESN will take place in Maribor, Slovenia. As each year, the Alumni participants have a separate application procedure for selecting the lucky Alumni network members who get a spot for the AGM!
The Alumni network can send 20 Alumni delegates to the AGM, the number of places available is however much less than the number of Alumni network members willing to join the AGM 2013! Hence, a special registration applies for the Alumni network members (in four steps):
1) Register in the official AGM registration system! Deadline: 31 January;
2) Apply in the official AGM Alumni form! Deadline: 31 January;
3) The Alumni Board (confirmed by the ESN Board) will evaluate the applications: the lucky Alumni network members will be confirmed by the 6 February!;
4) The payment of the AGM participation fee as a final confirmation needs to be done before the 20th of February!.
Please remember that you should not yet pay your AGM participation fee before the Alumni Board confirms your participation! The AGM participation fee is 200 Euros.
