FBA Credit Ops specialist L4

The scope for this role includes the following: Reporting to the Credit Manager FBA OPS EU.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for management for FBA credit management. This included monitoring and credits and debits for our FBA sellers; approval of reimbursements; and coordination of credit related activities done by our Technical account management team (TAM).

Furthermore the Credit Ops specialist will support the manager and team in driving initiatives to increase seller experience.


Basic Qualifications
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree - in a related field;
• Good analytical, verbal and written communication skills;
• Fluent English and at least another European language is required (preferred German, French, Italian, Spanish);
• Excellent Microsoft Office/PC skills, including good working knowledge of Excel;
• Strong business judgment;
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical capability;
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units;
• Good team player and the ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various locations;
• Impeccable attention to detail.

Independent and flexible with good communication skills, the successful candidate will have a strong customer focus and experience in data analyzing, project management, seller communication. He or she will be an inspiring team member and adept at quickly growing the organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in seller management and or operations.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a cross-functional capacity and a proven track record of delivering operational excellence
