Job Description

Amazon fashion is looking for a marketing executive to drive its branding strategy in Europe. The individual will be a member of the executive team and report directly to the Head of Clothing & fashion accessories. Responsibilities will involve developing the strategy, performance, and organizational development of Amazon fashion’s marketing, design, advertising, and public relations.

The candidate will be an industry thought leader with deep experience in developing a marketing organization. He or she will have experience in building businesses in new markets, developing a digital strategy, and designing an advertising and public relations strategy that reinforces the brand. The individual must be a strong leader and communicator who collaborates seamlessly across departments and geographies. He/she will develop an artistic vision for Amazon fashion branding, as well as define policies and be able to build consensus with a big picture. The objective will be to build a best-in-class marketing team for the Amazon fashion brand that excels in a fast paced, dynamic, high growth environment.
The ideal candidate should have experience working across countries, and will be perpetually seeking ways to improve the customer experience. This leader will have demonstrated success at developing, executing or changing a vision and strategy, delivering the right communication throughout the organization.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, and MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience weaving data and customer insight into innovative strategies.
• Proven track record of success in brand building and brand management in the apparel, fashion, or luxury space.
• Deep experience of leading a senior marketing team through establishing a clear direction developing and empowering a team, and auditing performance to ensure consistent execution.
• Experience in building businesses in new markets, developing a digital and social media strategy, and designing an advertising and public relations strategy that reinforces the brand.
