Back Office Expert

Monte Titoli S.p.A., part of London Stock Exchange and leading provider of efficient and secure financial market post-trade services, across pre-settlement, settlement, custody and asset services, gives a temporary opportunity as Back Office Expert.

The candidate will work in the Operational Area of Monte Titoli. The operational area is composed by two department, Custody and Settlement.

The resource will be involved in the following activities:
• Analysis of Monte Titoli business activities (custody and settlement) in accordance with the international standard and practices;
• Definition of the procedures for custody and settlement services, for internal users and clients;
• Collaboration with Product and Project Areas for the individuation of the related technical and functional procedures implication;
• Management of custody or settlement services (corporate action management, domestic or cross border settlement, admission of financial instruments);
• Definition of the User Acceptance Test strategy and organization;
• Design of the related scenarios and execution of the User Acceptance Test;
• Supervision of the quality services and control of the operational risk and costs, in accordance with the internal policies and external regulations;
• Collaboration with Business Continuity Manager for the creation, maintenance and coordination of the contingency plan for the department
• Collaboration with Sales/Customer areas for the functional assistance in case of new client’s start up.

Key requirements
• minimum 3/4 years of experience in back office, preferably in a company active in the post trading business;
• Master Degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
• Experience in business analysis review;
• Analytical approach and good relationships skills;
• Fluent English.
