Cassa di Compensazione e Garanzia SpA, now part of the London Stock Exchange Group gives an opportunity in the Settlement Operation team in Rome.
The Settlement Operation team is mainly focus on: - the management of all daily processes in the settlement systems of Express II including helpdesk to Members and the daily processes in the settlement system of ICSDs ; - the management of the Corporate Actions rectify both in the settlement and clearing systems.
The new resources will be involved in the following activities:
• Monitoring Express II Nets and RTGS flow and financial flows, together with CC&G members for help desk;
• Management of fails instructions in RTGS, RTGS Buy-Inn and Sell- Out procedures (included Partial Delivery and Off-Sets), Corporate Actions rectify, New Mic (collateralized section of the e-MID euro Interbank Deposit Market) settlement’s activity, activities during Expiry date of IDEM derivatives (together with Clearing Operation team);
• Working groups for the development of new projects;
• Tests of Settlement Operation new products.
Key requirements
• 2/3 years previous experience related to settlement’s international processes with particular reference to ICSDs and management of International Corporate Actions;
• Good knowledge of business and financial services;
• Good Analytical skills and problem solving attitude;
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English;
• Self-starter with initiative and desire to learn;
• Ability to work well under pressure.
