As a member of the North America Wholesale (NAW) & PRO Tech Team, this role has three main functions:
1) primary owner of the B2B website for NAW/PRO;
2) point-person for providing online assets to the growing NAW/PRO online account base, 3) administrator/support-person for a number of other smaller business tools & projects owned by the Tech Team.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Years of Related Professional Experience: 0-3;
• 4 year college degree preferred.

Skills:
• Must be web-savvy & accustomed to frequent internet use – personal or
otherwise;
• Mobile device (i.e. iPhone) familiarity a plus;
• Must be proficient in MS Excel;
• Adobe Photoshop & Acrobat desirable;
• Experience in HTML coding ideal, but not necessary.

Special Requirements:
Attention to detail in this role is critical. Aptitude for thinking both
creatively & analytically to drive best-practice solutions & increase
efficiency in current processes. Absolutely must show a strong willingness to collaborate, both within the team and broadly across the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Website Asset Administration:

• Manage assets of ~1300 styles ongoing for the NAW (US/CA) wholesale business including images, product features, technology icons and category navigation;
• Run weekly updates to publish/unpublish styles – to ensure products on the site are consistent with inventory levels;
• Administer/manage ~100 seasonal sales programs ongoing for the NAW sales forces.

2. NAW Online Account Seasonal Support:
• Build/manage/distribute seasonal assets as required for NA E-com accounts, including (but not limited to) images, product features, pricing, UPCs, sourcing, and packaging info;
• Coordinate with teams throughout the NAW BU to collect/manage these assets and foster better cross-functional communication & collaboration;
• Propose new solutions/processes to improve our global asset management and address the growing demand for online assets from our retailers.

3. B2B User/Technical Support:
• Respond to daily user requests for passwords and other access to site features;
• Provide training for new internal users, (AEs, CSRs, Credit Reps), as needed;
• Log/manage technical issues within the ticketing systems of both TBL and the web-hosting company. Manage communication about site issues/down-time with user groups.

4. B2B New Initiatives:
• Play an active role in analyzing B2B features/usage, proposing new solutions, and engaging in new project cycles managed by the Tech Team;
• Play an active role in continually driving new user adoption of the B2B and routinely report on site usage/adoption metrics.

5. Additional Business System Administration:
• Regularly update/manage data in several other business tools developed by the Tech Team. Support the ongoing iPads in the Enterprise initiative as needed;
• Engage actively with the Tech Team during project cycles to help develop new tools in service to the NAW business.
