Monte Titoli S.p.A., part of London Stock Exchange and leading provider of efficient and secure financial market post-trade services, across pre-settlement, settlement, custody and asset services, gives an opportunity as Senior Network Manager.
The Network Manager has cultural and intellectual flexibility as well as competence and vision on industry developments and trends. Familiarity with senior relationships, negotiations and coordination of projects. Focused on meeting targets. Experience in organizing, facilitating and leading teamwork. Strong understanding of the securities markets infrastructure related issues
Main tasks:
• Issuance, lead and review of RFI/RFP for the establishment of new market international links both for securities and cash;
• Management of the service providers’ relationship, focusing on service level, pricing and management of operational risk;
• Development of a Cross and single market product development strategy in sync with the overall development plans of Monte Titoli;
• Contribution to market infrastructure initiatives as well as supports the sales in the expansion of the client base;
• Service Agent reviews, meetings chair, issue tracking and escalation externally on behalf of Operations;
• Leadership and coordination of the annual scheduling of custodian Due Diligence reviews with the internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance & Regulation, Risk, Business Continuity and Operations).
Pre-requisite to apply to the position:
• 6 years (12) of international experience matured in global financial institutions leader in the post trade area;
• strong operational background and natural capability at handling business relationships;
• strong understanding of the global industry developments and trends
fluency (preferably mother tongue) in English.
The knowledge of a two other languages beyond the English one is considered a plus.
