Financial Operations Specialist (CC&G)

Cassa di Compensazione e Garanzia SpA, now part of the London Stock Exchange Group is looking for a Financial Operation Specialist.

Within the Financial Operation team.

The new resource will manage, within the Financial Department, the CC&G liquidity, following the Group and Company strategic investment guidelines, in accordance with Risk Management and Finance Department.

In respect of the EMIR regulation, the liquidity will be invested mainly in secure products as: - Pan-European bonds - Government Bonds – Collaterals - Cash Depo on Central Banks.

Furthermore, the candidate will support the top management with appropriate and up to date information on potential investments.

He/she will keep relationship with domestic and international banks, with domestic and international authorities as with internal Group companies.

The candidate will be also responsible for the Treasury reconciliation and potential following investigations.


The new resource will be involved in the following activities:
• Dynamic investment portfolio management within a defined risk framework;
• Government bond and Pan-European bond trading (including bilateral and three-sided repo);
• Management of cash deposit, collateral and repo with banks;
• Dynamic relationship with financial institutions and counterparts
Internal reporting management.

Key requirements:
• 8/10 years experience in Asset Management or Investment Banking, with Treasury and ALM exposure;
• Portfolio management experience;
• Knowledge of international and domestic financial markets and fixed income products;
• Treasury and ALM operational and strategic skills;
• Good analytical skills and problem solving attitude;
• Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadline;
• Determined with high level of commitment, flexible with a fast approach to the market;
• Good communication skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Economics/Business Administration University Degree.
