• Internship Business Analyst
In this position you will be facing the following tasks: • Contribute to consulting projects in teams with UniCredit business managers & other UMC consultants, gaining exposure to various UniCredit Group business divisions & international locations. • Conduct analyses and modeling, support on presentations’ preparation, leading also to own sub- workstream of the projects under the supervision of consultants/managers. • Benefit from internal training opportunities on presentation and management skills and receive individual coaching by senior UMC consultants.
Your profile: • University : Business Administration - Bachelor Degree Economia/Ingegneria; • Microsoft Office: Experienced User; • Languages: English Fluent; • Academic degree with excellent grades – preferably in economics and/or engineering; • Global mindset; • Capability to rapidly integrating well into an organization with an international culture and structure; • Interest in banking and strategy consulting; • Willingness to travel abroad.

• Unicredit Spa - Internship Principal Investment
In this position you will be facing the following tasks: • private equity investing with the Group’s clients: deal origination, deal structuring, due diligence, business valuation, execution and monitoring; • develop detailed research and analysis capabilities from a buy-side prospective; • gain understanding of key issues/results of due diligence processes; • work with skilled and trained PE professionals gaining experience in live deal negotiations.
Your profile: • graduate degree in economics or business studies, with a focus on finance and accounting from top university and preferably with a precedent work experience or stage in corporate finance, project finance or LBO finance; • skills to include strong ability to analyse and understand financial reports, experience in building financial models entailing deep knowledge of excel, accounting knowledge; • PC literate (office package), knowledge of specialized financial software (DataStream, Bloomberg, Thomson Financial, or others); • special knowledge to include valuation methodologies such as DCF and market-based (trading, transaction); • good communication and presentation skills, experience in preparation of documentation for deals origination and execution; • strong interpersonal skills, dedicated and highly motivated team player; • fluency in written and spoken Italian and English (required), German language (optional but highly appreciated).
