Job description Position: Major Tasks

1.Set and Implement sales strategies to dealers. Optimize growth, cost and profitability to meet or exceed PCS China Short and long-term dealer business objectives set by team head;
2. To acquire and maintain effective and successful relationships with existing dealers. Continue optimize the dealer portfolio;
3. Set and implement pricing strategies of products sold to the dealers within the agreed limits provided by CR/SET. Guide and give the sales team direction and market price trend timely;
4. Set and manage the dealer buying behavior so that ensure the dealer as BMS’ extended arms in the market;
5. Continue implement the sales and operational excellence to the team with better performance of forecast accuracy, AR management and inventory management. Ensure expenses are within budget;
6. Implenment allocation and pricing strategy monthly, balance supply and demand , provide market competition and dealers’ industry info to support market transparency study;
7. Timely collect and feedback on the market and competitors movement and wisely use CRM to help market development team to improve the market transparency;
8. Ensure the PCS team spirit to communicate and work together to achieve the PCS goals.

The jobholder represents PCS dealer team in south China, it involve the cooperation with direct sales team, provide flexibility solutions to direct sales team.

Your qualifications Position: Skills.

1. Minimum 5 years sales and marketing experiences preferably in polymer industry, minimum 5 years of team management experience;
2. Fluency in spoken / written English and Mandarin;
3. Bachelor Degree in technical or business discipline;
4. Creativity/Initiative and implement of sales strategies and plan;
5. Sound knowledge in customers, competitive products, applications and processes;
6. Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with all levels internally and externally.
